Resolutions

Are you still sticking to your new years resolutions? So far I have done a 5k each month. hmmmmm I am exercising at least 4-6 times a week. I feel so much better. The pounds aren't dropping off like i want but i am going to keep it up. I have some new work out parnters since feb and found a workout class i really like called Zumba its a good workout. I also like the workout dvd CORE RHYTHMS. I am going to try Tony Horton's 10 min trainer next week and I will let you know how it goes.
